I stumbled upon ur blog by coincidence. I am fascinated. Ur work is stunning esp the photoshop work inspired by Sala7 Jaheen. I think the layers in the work, the color the stories they tell are so moving it gives me goosebumps. I've seen the diwan postcards and felt they were rather flat i feel urs are more layered with complexity and would be more successful. I'm an architect myself and was wondering if it's all photography that u use filtered in photoshop or is it a combination of photo and original artwork? Peices like ya2sak and life-death look like they incorprate hand-drawn media? Am i right? or is it just filtered work? Good luck with your work and experimentation with color. Your self-portrait is a great combination of both color and earthy toned techniques. I think its the most successful at using color. Good luck with your work and I'll keep looking here for more!

i'm so glad you liked my visions and my artworks.
yes i sometimes use freehand sketch as a foundation for the artwork, like in "far", but not those you mentioned, "ya2sk we sabrk" based on a small photo that i've found on the internet, and sometimes i draw it with the mouse :-) like "life & death"...
my self portrait seems a bit crazy, i wanted to express some mad ideas about myself :-) i'm glad you liked it, many ppl felt it weird :-)
by the way i'm basicly an architect too, hope you keep coming and i'll be glad to read ur detailed feedback, & try to leave any nickname instead of Anonymous so i can recognize you:-)
